When he mentions "needless Lawsuites" he is trying to candy coat the bitter pill that is "Torte Reform". What this means is: Eliminating your ability to sue business for harming you, for neglect, for products that harm and endanger. Basically the few have screwed it up for all of us and the Republicans are running with it. Highlighting the FEW actually frivilous lawsuites out there as the standard. But what they are really doing is giving favor to businesses.

Remember what the government was created for? No, you don't because this idea was lost a long time ago. Who is more powerful than Corporations? Confused? Need a hint? The Government. Who is in the pocket of the Corporation? bet you can guess this one... The Current Administration. Sound bad, doesn't it? Well, it is. There is no one to protect us. And with every day we allow our rights to be eliminated while congress stands up and applauds...our freedom becomes more and more of an imaginary idea.
